The Kaufman Lawler Feud: Chapter 32 - The Final Match 2 of 2

November 21, 1983 - Here we go with the bulk of the "match" part of this segment. Enjoy. Unfortunately, this was basically the end of this historic feud. The story goes that three days after this match at Thanksgiving dinner, Andy's family became alarmed by his persistent coughing. He consulted a doctor and in December was diagnosed with a rare form of lung cancer. He died May 16, 1984.

andy seems like a wide open type of person. i wonder if he attracted cancer from the hatred of people. Also his biography says he ate one quart of chocolate ice cream every single day of his adult life. high sugar, pasteurized dairy, hormones. way too much of that cant be good for you right? anyways great match IMO. it HAD to end that way. i think ALOT of "reality tv' "villans" have TOTALLY stolen MANY of andy's schtick over the years...blatantly,i might add...& NEVER having the common courtesy 2 admit it in ANY way/form/shape...

Wow, after all that time, Lawler FINALLY scored a clean win over Kaufman. But you know, that's often how angles like this are concluded, although they usually don't last nearly two years.
