The Quartetto Espressivo is a professional string quartet based in Manila. In 2005 the quartet has won the First Prize in the National Music Competitions for Young Artists (NAMCYA) Chamber Music Category. They are also individual winners in the same competitions, and have participated in international music workshops both here and abroad. They are all members of the Manila Symphony Orchestra
The quartet performs a wide variety of fine Chamber Music compositions, ranging from Baroque and Classical to Popular music adaptations. Unique to Quartetto Espressivo's programming advocacy is the performance of Filipino Classical Compositions in String Quartet arrangements to disseminate awareness for and appreciation of Filipino Art Music.
