Beautiful! I have fond memories of living there during the mid 1960s as a child. My father was stationed there during that time in the US Air Force as part of the Air Rescue Squadron. My brother and I roamed all over the place. I hope to take my wife there on vacation to show her where I lived in Ayr and Prestwick. My wife's ancestory is from the southern part of Scotland and she is anxious to discover her roots. I always said I wanted to marry a girl whose's heritage was Scotish.
