You are great! I love pole dancing and I wanna try it. I'd really need some advices from someone who does this great job for some time. I live in a country where pole dancing clubs/ lessons are far away to become true. I'd like to buy me a pole, but I think that first of all I need to get strenght because I'm not that good in sport. Could you give me some pices of advice? (like what kind of exercies are the best).
Maybe one day I'll be the first to open a pole dance club in my country. :D

Just wanted to say I thought that was beautiful!!! A couple of those first two spins I just did in my last performance as well! I love the dance element added between poles. Oh there is so much more, I could go on and on... I absolutely love this artform. Thank you for sharing! I hope to get to work with you someday. Where do you live?
