The Curse of Davy Jones

EDIT: Well, the 3rd movie is out, I've seen it, and in the post-AtWorld'sEnd world this video no longer seems very good. Having seen the conclusion of Davy Jones' story line, I'll probably edit this video (or do another one!) when AWE comes out on DVD. Please just bear in mind that this vid was made BEFORE At World's End.

Notes: This is a slightly more complicated video, so it probably needs a decent description. It focuses on Davy Jones, and how he himself is cursed, perhaps far greater than his crew. This vid shows Davy Jones in a different light, as more of a victim. After all, he had to go through an awful lot to be prompted to carve out his own heart, wouldn't you say? He lost at love and has been cursed forever since.... such has driven him to do the cruel things he does, and in the end you have to feel a tad bit of sympathy for him.

The ending is a bit AU/speculative, portraying Will as going to kill Davy Jones once and for all. This is all guess-work/editing for the sake of making a good vid, so don't take it too seriously. lol

Also, I'm aware that I used several shots more than once: that was intentional, to emphasize the certain points made by those specific shots. I also used a lot of slow-motion in order to make the clips have the same speed and feel as the music.

I could identify with the whole song. its my story.. pretending the strong the brave, and when you are alone at home or so, you show your real side, the sadness and lonelyness. thats why i like davy jones in the movies. hes like me.
