@violet46 The gymnast starts going forward in reverse grip and flips their body through their arms, ending in L-grip. This is a skill that requires a whole lot of shoulder flexibility, since you pretty much have to pop your shoulders out of joint to do it. She doesn't flip her hands around.

How can a jam not place the gymnast's arms behind them? Hard to explain this in words, but it seems like the shoulders rotated 360 degrees and of course the arms didn't. How can this be possible?

I could just remember that I got a call from the US and i said my opening script and the I asked the lady to verify the name on the account and she said it should be Vanessa Williams..and I was like "wow..the one who sang Colors of the wind in Pocahontas..and she said no no no it's Fanessa Williams"..toinks!

@jamesbug2002 Luo Li is here and who won the 94 worlds UB champion, Lu Li's another girl who won 92 UB OC, Li Li's the gril who had a back spin on beam and the one perform last at the 92 UB final, Lin Li's the girl who performed Hearly first on UB, and got it named after her at 04 Olympics.

don't you find it amazing that the top chinese bar workers in the early 90s were named li li, lu li and luo li? At the time i thought the news reports got the names with the wrong spelling only to find out it was different gymnast each time! My fave routine was li li's, it was such a gem.

No. Lu Li won the 1992 Olympic EF and Luo Li won the 1994 World EF. Two different people.
