Mos Def on the banjo!!!!  lol....i think the intentions were smart...and it made for smart comedy...but i do agree with Dave's decision to leave...when you aren't enjoying the work anymore as in season 2 when he left the show as well ya gotta get out. The stakes were even higher in season 3.

It wasn't the sketch that bothered him so much. It was that some one was laughing in a weird way. He said he heard some one laughing at him instead of with him. There is a big difference there and I totally respect that decision.

What he was doing was great, he was revolutionary.
