Oh man I hate the Nether so much. The noises freak me out as much as they do for you, and the Ghasts bombard me as soon as I step out of my portal. You're a braver man than I for venturing out so far from your base.

@cloudmag Making a track inside the Nether is possible and lead it to a portal but you can't just run the track straight from the Nether to the actual world.

Loved it please make more nether! and make a portal out but remember to make a compass so you can make a minecarft track back home!
