ere's what you'll need:

Apple Pie Party Dip-
3 apples (I like using Granny Smith)
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cinnamon Sugar Chips-
4 flous tortillas
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Tools-
medium size mixing bowl
wooden spoon
pastry brush
cookie sheet
pie pan (optional for serving)

Instructions:

Apple Pie Party Dip
Peel and dice apples and place them into a medium size mixing bowl. Add apricot preserves and light brown sugar then stir to combine. Mix in the ground cinnamon a little bit at a time until there is a light coating on your apples (about 1/2 teaspoon). Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
*Best served the day it's made but can be kept in the fridge overnight.

Cinnamon Sugar Chips
Using a pastry brush, sweep a cookie sheet with unsalted melted butter. Cut 4 flour tortillas into wedges and arrange on the baking sheet. Brush the butter over these as well. Sprinkle with granulated white sugar and cinnamon. Use the brush to evenly coat the tortillas with the sugar and spice. Place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
*Best served the day made but can be covered and stored for up to 3 days.

Serve chips on a plate or platter with party dip in a pie pan sprinkled with crushed up cinnamon sugar chips.
