Thanks for tips. I'm entirely clear what the cloaking accomplishes. Does it stop all cloaked files from being uploaded to the server? Why would you want to do that?
Why not simply delete the .psd file from you images folder?

For me I like my psd files in with my web files - simply for organization purposes. And it is nice to cloak and upload and not worry about uploading such a large file.
