@jochemvanl Thanks for the suggestion - I might do that. - Kat

@SeattleCoffeeGear make it 480p, that would really make a difference (especially the sound really improves).
Thnx again for the video.

That's could go on.

@SchneiderStudios We do shoot in HD but I don't process it in that -- it's too much time on my little computer :) Sorry! - Kat

@ultraman8899 We have done a video on this already, comparing the previous version to the Handpresso. Not going to do it again as the changes in this model aren't so extreme that they would impact the results. Check out that video. - Kat

I'm still somewhat of a newbie with "pulling" a shot. But how did Gail (if I may call her Gail) know it was the fineness of the grind that was a problem? Also, good to know about the LaVazza Super Crema. Nice little added tidbit of info there. Of course I good go on for days with questions, but this is already too long for a YouTube post!

@dcholmes1969 Hi there! It's because the extraction was a little bit faster than we might like, and then the taste had a tinge of sourness to it. By making the grind a tad more fine, the extraction would be slowed down and the flavor of underextraction (sourness) wouldn't be there. - Kat
