Mao Aoki has been erased from her family's history as a disowned member of the Mao Family.
Aoki was banished from the Deatheaters and her family after she brokes the Laws of Balance and murdered indiscriminantly supernatural around the world.
Secretly, she was asked to do so by her father and her campaign took her everywhere eliminating high ranking supernaturals.
Aoki was always obsessed with the man she was to marry before being banished, Oyoko Sozen. She always could easily manipulate them as children and teenagers and knew he could be a useful tool and the only man she knew who could truly please her in business and the bedroom.
She was able to lure him to her side and used him as a weapon keeping him controlled. After she plotted the attempted assassination of Ohiko Ziyi (whom Sozen had grown quite fond of) she lost her control of him and in turn half of her followers.
She fled from Japan and has not been seen or heard from since.
