I agree with Zugugga, he's exceptionally versatile with figures, a true master of the dance that never ceases to amaze me. He can also do things I've never seen any other dancer replicate.
While he's not the only one in the world who can dance ATango, Homer is still the bomb. In the States there are a handful of teachers that are a "must" to learn from, and he's one of them.

Homer is far from being the best tango dancer....
he's very good but i wouldn't say that there's "nobody" else that can do it.

there's nobody who can do such a variety of figures starting from one single idea, that's real virtuosity and joy
