Corona Del Mar Scandal (pls. read description)

This is my contribution to our community at Corona Del mar Subdivision, Pooc, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines. For 11 years these homeowners were subjected to oppressive rules by the developer, FILINVEST! It was ran by a homeowners association whose BOD are all Vice-Presidents of Filinvest and not residents of Corona Del Mar. The water rates is the highest in the world at P63.00 per Cu. Meter or about US 1.500 dollars. Homeowners are charged P75.00 for using the pool and P3,000.00 for using the clubhouse. The subdivision project has long been completed and until now, Filinvest has not turned over the common area to the real homeowners association. 60% of the promised amenities has not been constructed such as the marina, the boardwalk, the beach volleyball court, the white sand beach, the high perimeter fence and others as stated in their brochure. This is the first time that a community activity has been enjoyed by the residents, thanks to the new BOD of the new homeowners association headed by myself. For 11 years the "Fake" homeowners association composed of Filinvest people, has neglected the residents in community development and did nothing except to collect excessive fees. The resident's protest started 9/11/2011 and were met with Filinvest "goons" in the guise of security guards to intimidate and stop our protest. This Halloween activity is meant to show to Filinvest that the homeowners have the right to be happy and has the right to form associations for the general welfare of the subdivision inhabitants. We want to send this message...

@lindashila Hello friend, yes I think they continued with the dancing, minus my philosophy of subjecting them to redemptive rehabilitation. Meaning, the repentance session I do every morning wherein we gather 5-10 inmates to do testimonials in front of 1, 500 inmates has been stopped. When an inmate breaks down and repents, they hug each other and proceed to express their joy by dancing and it would be spontaneous and dancing to whatever songs the DJ plays.
