My squats have been fluctuating between 365 pounds and 385 pounds depending on how I feel and how much effort I put in. I keep putting my squat progress on hold as I attack my deadlifts. This video promises a 405 pound squat in the near future. Wish me luck. Squats are scary, but they feel amazing.

  • Kudos on the Squat dude, But invest in a pair of lifting shoes, Do-Win's Or NIke Romeleos, keep you alitle more stable and prevent pronation of the feet. Trust me when you use them you'll never wanna do legs without them...

  • Hey thanks for the motivation. I hit 300 today because of you. I also had to borrow your nickname

  • You're a fucking tank. Congrats man. But seriously no more gay fucking music like this please.

  • from here it looks like you are seriously arching your back, I barely know anything about lifting, but aren't you meant to keep a straight back?

  • perfect.

  • Dracoy FIGHTING!

  • Good luck bro! Way to keep motivated!

  • If you are slow and tentative on the heavier squats then you will most likely not hit depth, especially if a judge is looking at your depth at a competition... also the music is horrible
