Desperate Iraqi refugees, some as young as 12, are turning to prostitution to survive. Banned from working in Syria, prostitution is one of the few options available to them

"The number of Iraqi children working as prostitutes is very high" states Bassam Al-Kadi. "They are virgins, brought here like an investment and exploited in a very ugly way". These girls often provide the sole income for their families. If arrested and deported, they are often brought straight back to Damascus by organised sex networks.

Thanks to USA, Iraqi women are suffering so much abroad. Prostitutes are victims of US policy in occupaid Iraq: sectarian terrorism, destruction of Iraqi infraestructure, suppression of civil and social rights in Iraq, unemployment, and so on. 2 million Iraqis has died by efects of US occupation!!. Syrian State welcome and support suffering Iraqis, but Syria is not a rich country. Invadors of Iraq are ashamed. They are in guilty.
