@lzrbld alright :) thanks for the help
-
it gives us a window full of knobs, if i turn this knob, it turns the vst knob...
-
I don't know, but I think CMAKE is supposed to be platform-independent. It's supposed to setup makefiles for whatever platform you're on.
-
@lzrbld I know you are running linux, but do you happen to know how to compile LMMS on windows? The guides I have found are incomplete. :(
-
@lzrbld So the new features have already been implemented in the experimental version of o.4.12? Yay! Thanks for the help.
-
If you get LMMS from the experimental GIT repo(like I do,) the patch has already been integrated. Just check out the LMMS site for instructions about how to download it, and the new features should already be built in.
On the plus side, this means that they'll be built into the new release for sure! Hurah!
would you happen to know how to get vst sync panel (tool bars icon) up with lmms for a windows? does it even work with windows yet?

@arttroll
Just download LMMS v0.4.13. It's the new publicly released version which has VST automation built in for both Windows and Linux. No manual compiling necessary.

@CaptinSuds
It came with the old version of the VST patch. It looks bad to me, and was eventually removed from the patch anyway.
