The White Buffalo - Trailer Recut

This is a recut trailer for the 1977 film "The White Buffalo". This is one of my favorite movies and I thought it might be fun to give it a modern trailer. "The White Buffalo" stars Charles Bronson, Jack Warden and Will Sampson. Sorry about the video distortion. Not sure what caused it.

It's been over 40 years now & I've seen this movie at 4 times already, but have only just realized the meaning of it... It's about redemption. Two ill-regot enemy heroes; from History, that get together for a common quest!

Man, I love this movie! So cheesey but totally nostalgic! It would have been cooler if the buffalo had magic powers or something. Thanks for posting this! Brought back memories of watching this as a kid.

You know, it's a real fucking shame that Will Sampson isn't still alive. He was a phenomenal actor who never had any tangible opportunities until later in his life. He really toiled to make the role of a Native more complex, but I want to see the day when a Native isn't just cast in "Native" roles. When a Native person can be anybody, I'll be happy. Sadly, that still hasn't happened. Rest In Peace Will Sampson.

I saw this in a drive-in w/ my parents in about 1977, or 78, but I was only 6 or so, and I had begun to think it must have been a false memory because the premise is just so odd, and it was such a long time ago.

Don't know what made me google it tonight, but wow! I'm going to have to see it again :)
