Just Sharing how home can Spaghetti sauce. I hope this inspires you to start canning.

8 pounds 85% lean ground beef
2 large onions
1 large bulb of garlic
1 tbls fennel seed
One bundle of chopped parsley
1/2 cup italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
12 0z. of dehydrated mushrooms
1 quart of beef stock
4 cups burgundy wine
1 # 10 can tomato puree
1 # 10 can of diced tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
And just keep tasting

    why haven't you pressured cooed the jars? anything with meat has to be pressure cooked. did you do something different that prevents it from going bad?

    why didn't you brown the meat in the roaster pan first ,with the onions and garlic,drain fat, and then add the tomato sauce and simmer at 400 for one hr.... all in the same pot so much fater and easier on you

    Very nice. I have a slightly different recipe for homemade spaghetti sauce (doesn't everyone?). Since I have only canned the sauce once, I wish you had shown more of that part of the process. Thanks for this interesting video!
