  • OK, because of this review, just now I requested "Elantris" from the library over the Web. :-)

  • Hi, I just read Elantris .... and I couldnt agree more about the humor in that Book, I finished it in three days ... I took PTO because Really its hard to stop reading at some point, Congrats on this review ... I liked your review ... u r smart and hot at the same time ... u got it all, keep us updated about any good fantasy books :)

  • I have always wondered about this book. I also read the Mistborn trilogy and thought, and still do think, is the best fantasy I've read so far. I agree with ghriekfilms, read 'The Way of Kings.' It might be long, and still might barely be the beginning of a whole 10 book saga (that's what Sanderson projected it to be), but it is really good.

  • Great review, Brandon Sanderson is such a great writer and he's so good at conveying intense emotion through prose. I think I cried a little while reading each of his books. Brandon is also the author that got my fiance into fantasy. Before she read Elantris she thought fantasy was just for D&D geeks, but now she's a total fantasy addict :).

  • I agree about the little bits of information.

The axe, the numbers, amazing book.Nice review.

  • Try The Way of Kings if you find the time, it's his best so far.

  • Awesome review :). Good to see another Brandon Sanderson fan who got into his writing through Mistborn, and I thought you did a great job with both this review and the Mistborn one. Have you read The Way Of Kings yet? If so, what do you think? ^^

  • Read everything by Sanderson. THE WAY OF KINGS is his best book. It is very dense and involving, but well worth the time.
