Love your reviews. Great way to promote your store (I'd do exactly the same if had an online knife store). But I notice you hesitate to talk about the price. From a business perspective, I think you should DEFINITELY talk about price and straight up tell people they can buy it at your site at the end of each vid (and make your URL more prominent). Promotion/selling would not detract from your review in any way. We get you're trying to promote your store and that's OK, go for it.
