Following their dramatic loss to A.P. Randolph two days prior, the Stuyvesant Runnin' Rebels, the boys' varsity basketball team, played another close game with Martin L. King, Jr. High School. The Rebels were able to send it to overtime after a two-point shot was made in the final seconds of regulation, but errors, including a bad pass late in the period, led to the Rebels 48-46 loss and dropped their record to 7-6.
