33-City-County Council Public Safety Committee gets Complaint against Scott Newman

Pierre sends copy of complaint filed with the Citizens Police Complaint Board on 2/2/09. Pierre mailed this complaint to the Public Safety Committee on or about March 1, 2009. It has been ninety (90) days since Pierre reported that he believes the IMPD stole a gun out of his car on 12/04/08 and no one from the police department (investigator or Internal Affairs) has contacted Pierre to see what he is talking about. Pierre also wrote and sent to William "Duke" Oliver the same complaint with a request for assistance in late Feb 09 and Oliver hasn't responded one way or another. Pierre also wrote Nytes, Sanders and Cornell Burris of the NAACP. I am sure Aaron Haith told them not to respond.
