Just as the American men did a few days ago, the US Women win gold in the 4x100 Medley Relay and set a world record as well. Margaret Hoelzer, Jessica Hardy, Rachel Komisarz and Kara Denby not only win for the first time, but set a new record at three minutes 51.36 seconds at the 9th FINA World Swimming Championship in Manchester, England. (WCSN, WCSN.com)
Hey, to everyone that's being a hater here, stop crying. USA undeniably has the best swimmers year in and year out (overall). Count USA's Gold Medals for all of the championships involved with swimming.

Wow, Kara smoked that other chick! I used to go to school with Kara, and always joked with her about racing her in the pool. She'd destroy me lol. Good job Kara!

OMG! Kara is awesome! Believe it or not, she is my neighbor, or at least she was before she went to school at Auburn University. I am on the same team that she was originally on (CSA) and am proud to call he my swimming idol.
Go Kara!
