where you people not paying attention, i learned this stuff in 11th grade, and you need to understand that both political parties do the same thing when they dont get there way in diplomatic situations. any way you slice it were americans, this is our history all we can do is learn from it, AND MOVE ON. you can not vilinize the past for what happend, it was a diffrent situation.

well 63-75 is taught in schools i took a vietnam class. you make it seem like the military just massacred 4 million vietnamiese. It was fear of communism and the domino theory since this was just after the red scareGulf of tonkin triggered it too. If you're going to put 4 million people killed in southeast asia atleast put 58,000americans killed too is all im saying. Im not saying the war was necessary even a few veterans who came in my class said they didnt believe what to fight for.

please feel free to delude yourself about these events. Each one is unique in that Iran is being lumped in with other bad ideas. IRAN WAS A fascist Puppet OF Hitler IN 1941. Mossadegh was Hitlers lap dog. His election was rigged and he was well on his way to controlling the middle east with great ease as the rest of the post Ottoman Turk Empire ( there was no palestine) were in chaos. Had Iran's Mossadegh taken over he would have made short work of killing his sunni bros in holocaust fashion.
