@smck20 Tenors hit their peak in their 60s. With that said, Elliott gets sick on tour. When a tenor gets sick he can't hit the notes he can when he's well.

I beg to differ...look at Joe Elliott of Def Leppard. Listen to their live stuff now....tuned a full step down and he can barely can hit the notes.

Mills was the next logical replacement for Harnell. Remember, these guys are gettin old, so the high notes aren't gonna be happening much..lol. Only way to combat this is to hire a younger singer (kind of like that asian dude singin in Journey now).
