QRN 2323 & 1733 Sunlander @ Caboolture

QRNational Diesel Electric Locomotives 2323 & 1733 lead The Sunlander with Queenslander Class & Motor Rail Northbound for Cairns out of Caboolture Station on the North Coast Line on a sunny Sunday morning.

lol, I took a photo of the exact two locos at Dakabin today. North bound Sunlander.

3 weeks ago I saw the same thing @ Eumundi, These 2 are defiantly on Sunlander Duties!

yep, the Sunlander stopped there when I was on it in March too. Nomrally makes two stops at Caboolture, first stop is to unload luggage, then it pulls forward to let all the passngers out.

Nice video actually. but as they say down south..Qld. rail..narrow gauge, narrow minds.

Not to mention slow and expensive. if I was travelling to Rockhampton or up to cairns i'd fly. heaps cheaper and faster.

good to see the train has some length in it again. I swear at one stage I saw a traveltrain of some description with Bronco wagons on the back!
