  • A loss is a loss, Jen. Good for you.

    You mention that you're tired. I don't know if this is relevant to you, but getting eight hours a night can be pretty crucial in helping your body to lose weight. I'll not get into the science of it here, but you can check it out for yourself if you're interested. So make sure you're getting your sleep, Jen.

  • @dietriffic Yeah, someone else mentioned recently to me the importance of sleep in weight loss. I do get a lot of sleep. I am pretty non functional without it, weight loss aside :).
