Thanks for the reply smee. Awe man, you're breaking my heart. There's got to be an easier way to so these things. I downloaded a demo version of iClone V.4 that seems to be able to "Program" some preset movements for Digital characters. In other words, you could create a robot like yours and then select a movement. I guess. I don't really know. I'm still learning.

Days! When I did this one there was no option to import the robot into vue as a rigged character (.fbx) so his movements were done in Poser, imported and rendered. Now you can export the character from Carrara or DAZ Studio as .fbx which allows you to animate in Vue, a lot quicker. Still takes a while to render depending on the PC. Adding the SFX takes time too!
