as a single mother raising a teen going down the wrong path when I could not get through to him you could, I just stopped nagging him to get up in the morning and put on your you tube video's he responded in a way I could not get him to. as soon as he hears your voice he pops up out of bed and jumps in the shower.. thank you Les.. from all single mamas

@LFLvideos I said SOMETIMES not all the time, feeling any emotion all the time isn't good. You learn from the bad moments in your life and the bad emotions as much as you do the good. As for 100's of thousands of people, last time i checked the majority of people are easily susceptible to this "motivational" bullshit that people come up with to make money off books and tours. The crap they preach is nothing a person of average to above intelligence couldn't think of themselves.

@fleppleman You call this bullshit? You clearly dont know that Les Brown is one of the top motivational speakers in the world and has inspired 100's of thousands of people. Its so true that its important for everything to be in moderation and balance but there's a lot wrong with being apathetic towards your life. It means your not achieving your potential, your not living life to the full and your not developing yourself to be the best person you can be. You need a change of mindset matey

Are you all fucking high? This self help is bullshit, reminds me of that dude from Donnie Darko whos preaching about fear being the origin of all things people see as "wrong" in people. The fuck is wrong with a bit of apathy? Negative emotions aren't bad its good to feel upset, angry, hate sometimes. Everything in moderation and balance, you people are gullible little sheep. THINK FOR YOURSELF.

Would you expect to find opportunities, mentors, powerful ideas, and lots of success in such a place, not to mention fun? Of course you would!

And that makes the all difference. Why? It primes your expectations and sets a tone that ushers in success and money.
