He keeps talking about how TARP did not have enough restrictions on Wall Street pay and implies that because it is Bush's fault because it was passed under a Republican administration. He fails to mention that he co-wrote TARP and that he and Chris Dodd did not realize the goose eggs they put in there for Wall St.
