Hello, I am Cookie. I am so excited to show you this winged eyeliner tutorial, based on a recent article in Latina magazine. It is a dramatic cat eye, so the rest of the look is pretty neutral. It is flattering for all eye shapes, even my small eyes.
I am just starting out on YouTube, so please forgive my beginner mistakes. I am still working on being comfortable in front of the camera, along with lighting and editing.

We have sort of similar eyeshape, so this is definitely something I'm going to try - I always struggle with doing a winged / cateye type eyeliner.
