I think the drummer needs to add a bit of emotion to his drumming, and get rid of the fancy hand motions. They're completely useless.

Yep, the cymbals are louder than the drum....I hate that. Maybe it's where the camera is pointed at. The drummer have some nice fancy moves.

I think that the cymbals are over powering the drums slightly. Maybe it was where the camara was, but I can barely hear the drums and a lot of cymbals.
