I was raised in Ashland, but I live in Ironton (Kitts Hill) . I've been over here for around 13 years now. A whole lot cheaper to live here than in Ky .

He lives in one of those houses along 13th. after you pass the junction of 13th and Carter . He wasn't always like that . I think he was in a auto accident years ago .

That poor boy walked out in front of me the other day as I was coming from the bridge and going up 13th . He is always waiting on the bus around there or the post office . He is mentally disabled .
