The Philippines' FIRST DIGITAL TV and FIRST TERRESTRIAL HIGH DEFINITION broadcast in the history of Philippine TV. GEMNET HD, broadcasting in ISDB-T Channel 49 (Virtual Channel 2.11), was seen broadcasted on a new Devant LED LCD TV with built-in HD ISDB-T DTV tuner.
NBN, announced first as NBN HD, meaning high definition, is now seen on the TV as Multiplexed SD in Channel 48 (Virtual Channel 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3),

I saw a Devant TV on Trinoma and it looks nice but it is too pixelated because of low signal. My mom tell this TV and maybe next year, we will buy a new LCD TVs but I wish next year will have a DTV Tuner on their LCD TVs, LED TVs and CRTs

gemnet no longer available on internet to Playstation 3 (flashplayer now required) , seemingly gemnet is with Direct TV as of October 2010 ,unknown if gemnet is available on Spiritcast free satellite tv
