Homemade Stun Gun

A friend in Wisconsin sent me a package for christmas. In the package was this cool little gadget he made. A stun weapon made from parts of a disposable camera, a AA battery, and a capacitor. I was told that it is powerful enough to make you lose muscle control. That is hard to believe but I am not going to test it out on myself. Any volunteers??
