"First Time For Everything."

The girls went out to Target and bought the cutest journal for Charlotte. As the girls were in line to pay a skater boy about 18
had bumped into them and dropped his stuff.

The skater boy had shaggy, dirty-blonde hair to the back of his neck and he had blue and green eyes. He had perfect, flawless skin. And
Charlotte adored him.
She bent down and helped him with his stuff which was mostly books.

"Oh. Here." She put his stuff on the belt.
"Thanks. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that."
"Sure you weren't." Charlotte was being sarcastic and messing with his head.
"No really. I mean I wouldn't do that to anyo--"
Charlotte put one hand on his chest. "Relax. I was kidding."
The mysterious guy bit his lip and looked down. Charlotte realized what she had done.
"Oh! I'm so sorry." She put her hands over her mouth. "I didn't mean to do that."
He mocked her and said, "Sure you weren't."
"No real--" She made a clack sound with her tongue. "Haha. Very funny. So are you hooked on phonics are something?" She
pointed at the books.
"Oh, I'm just real--.....yeah pretty much. But don't think I'm a dork because I'm not." He went on.
"I wasn't thinking that at all. But boy can you talk."
"Sorry." He blushed.
"Aw, am I making you blush?"
He blushed some more. "Nooo...."
"I'm sorry. I'm Charlotte."
"I'm Oliver." They shook hands.
"Nice name." Charlotte complimented. "Come on Charr." Naomi tugged on Charlotte's arm.
"Oh! I almost forgot you were here." Charlotte said.
Naomi laughed and said, "Whatever. Say bye to your friend, we have to go."
"Okay. Bye." Charlotte and Naomi turned around.
"Wait!" Oliver called.
Charlotte turned around and Oliver ran to her. "Would you.....like to go out sometime?" He looked hopeful.
Charlotte said, "Sure. Here's my number." She took a pen from her back pocket and wrote her number on his arm.
"Great. Thanks." Oliver said cheerfully.
"Um...you better go get your stuff because I don't think the cashier's babysitting."
Oliver turned around and saw a few people take his books and run. "No!!! WAIT!"
Charlotte laughed.

The girls went to the car.
"I can't believe I have a date."
"Well, he was cute." Naomi said while starting the car.
"Cute? How about hot?!!"
Naomi laughed. "You're first day out and you already have a date!!"
"I'm not sure if I remember how to date..." Charlotte looked worried.
"There's a first time for everything. I'll help you...on this ONE first date."
Charlotte looked up and smiled big. "I think I'm going to have fun in this life."
Naomi dropped her smile and looked at the car parked infront of her.
"Are you going to start the car?" Charlotte asked.
Naomi snapped out of it. "Um. yeah."
The girls drove off.

Hey guys, sorry about not posting lately. My internet has been down for about the last two weeks and I am now just uploading. I guess this is a lesson telling us that we should all believe in such miracles. Anywayyss, I love you guys and sorry about the story being short, too. I already have this whole movie written, btw.
