If your paddle breaks then get blown out to sea someone by the name of "orange" might "witness" the aftermath only weeks later. He then post the video he found on the camera hoping for someone to come forth.

Dana Point isn't that scary. The real danger is on land where the car traffic is. People there aren't especially aggressive drivers. It's not like that. But it's traffic in general and probably has more inherent risk than being in a boat or kayak.
As long as you're there with experienced people, as I'm sure you will be, you'll be perfectly fine.

dude... sweet this looks like so much fun. I got a sea eagle explorer 420 inflatable kayak. I hope i can do something like this pretty soon at gulf shores, its about a 5 hour drive from where I live. well nice vid.
