    You way to word it is very right.

    Good musicians definitely have there input in expression and in the best cases we can have previous rehearsals without sync to get the best of the score's emotions. But let's be realistic, money is ALWAYS a big issue.

    Sight-reading is an acquired skill, not a God-given ability.

    If you practise it seriously on your instrument every day, you will eventually become good!
