  • --beautiful to watch. i would call this "moving / performing with contact improvisation influences. " yes, contact, & sometimes shared weight, lifts. yet both dancers mostly firmly maintain their own centers and quite a bit of central control. not much 'shared center' where both dancers are off-kilter and depending on the other. very few genuine momentum threads... There is no official definition of CI, that's why we love it...dialogue & discourse can point to essential elements..

  • Yes, it is a bass clarinet

  • I think thats a bass clarinet.

  • this is really good! we jus started learnin about contact improvisation and this has helped alot. Thanks!

  • i hate the sax, cliché of modern dance.

  • intresting...

  • great dancing. Did you guys have a score?

  • wonderful dance: so fluid, always interesting ... kudos to the bass clarinetist, too - that rich, complex note he sustains at around 1:50, with its beautiful overtones and distortion is fabulous

  • Awesome work!!!
