الأصل = مادة (112): مدة رئيس الجمهورية سبع سنوات شمسية تبدأ من تاريخ أداء اليمين الدستورية ولا يجوز لأي شخص تولي منصب الرئيس لأكثر من دورتين مدة كل دورة سبع سنوات فقط.

التعديل = مادة (112): مدة رئيس الجمهورية خمس سنوات شمسية تبدأ من تاريخ أداء اليمين الدستورية

Original Constitution Article (112): Time limit of President of the Republic of Yemen is seven years from the sart date of the calendar year swearing and no person may assume the position of the President more than twice and the duration of each session only seven years.


Modified Constitution Article (112): The duration of the President of the Republic is five calendar years from the date of swearing.
(unlimited sessions)
