I answered my own question. This is the BBC documentary "Reggae: The Story of Jamaican Music". Looks like it's a two-hour doc. Can't seem to find it anywhere for sale..

The song is called "Treating Me Bad". I have it on an old vinyl release called The Original Golden Oldies. Not sure where else you can find it, but that's the name.
