that is correct if itunes can detect your ipod. but what if iTunes Cannot??? like mine. i just got a new ipod tough 4g, 2 days later my ipod hangs. so i restarted it and now i cant event see my home screen, ipod stops at the apple logo and thats it... so i plunged it in my computer, itunes cannot see my device but my computer does.. so any help sir???
