Yeah, but Palin is extremely unqualified to be VP, to the point of I feel bad for the republicans (Am an Independent) Would consider McCain if Palin wasn't on the ticket. Besides, McCain's campaign has made so many wrong moves... Pissing off Dave is one of them. Do you know hard it is to find a replacement last min when your show is on, audiences are waiting and all of the sudden your guest decided not to show up at the very last possible moment? Now he just gives Dave free reign to throw darts

Wow, they really did pick the wrong guy to ditch and lie to. I know nobody is going to make Letterman's word their vote automatically. However, anyone who watches Letterman is getting a nightly dose of reminders that Palin is quite possibly the least knowledgeable vice-presidential candidate in history.
