Green TD Bank Commuter Rail Car at North Billerica MBTA Station on Lowell Line

On Saturday, April 10, 2010 I got home from running some errands and saw the Green TD Bank car on the 10:38 outbound from Boston. I went in and put my batteries in my camera and waited until the train came back as the 11:08 inbound to Boston. When it arrived, I began to film and I got a low battery warning. I thought it would last until the train left. They didn't, darn it! A few days later, I rode in the TD Bank car. Believe me, it is more impressive from the OUTSIDE.

It is an MBB coach, and they are pretty dumpy on the inside, but pretty much all the MBTA coaches are.

Yeah, you're right. When I got inside it reminded me of the old Budliners (Bud rail cars). The seats can be adjusted so you can ride going forwards or backwards. But I think the regular MBTA cars are OK. The maroon seats are much more comfortable.

The "newer pullmans" are the oldest active cars. They were rebuilt about 14 years ago.

The newer Pullman coaches are nice, I just wish they had headrests
