Hitachi CV-790 Vacuum Cleaner

Hitachi CV-790 from 1998.
Very popular design that ran from 1991 until the early 2000's. It literally comes in 2 pieces to empty and is bagless (far from cyclonic, though).
A very funky little vacuum. It has a powerful 1300w motor that generates some pretty strong suction. Like my other Hitachi, it has a crappy hose and crappy extension tubes, but the floorhead is very good and does pick up surface litter, including pet hair, very well.
Sorry about the crappy quality. My camera makes everything sound 5x louder than it actually is

I have the cv-2800 which is the model up or down.... not 2 sure but mine near sucks the carpet off the floor!! does yours do the same?

@shellskanenkyle It depends which carpet I vacuum it with. Not so much on this rug, because it's very heavy, but upstairs I have a thin rug on my bedroom floor and that sticks to it
