He has been all along. He let homeless people vote in Ohio that aren't even from Ohio. One homeless man said he was voting in Ohio, but he was on a flight back to his hometown in CHICAGO, where he was probably going to vote there, also. Two votes for one man? Sounds like cheating to me.
