Dearborn County Police Harassment

The video takes place in the Dearborn County Courthouse in Dearborn County Indiana. This occurred after I requested public records from the Dearborn Circuit Court. Dearborn Circuit Judge James D. Humphrey had the officers on site to harass me. Judge Humphrey attacked me is because I submitted evidence that was damaging to his number one psychological expert, Dr. Edward J Connor of Connor and Associates in Erlanger, Kentucky. Judge Humphrey had been appointing Dr. Connor as a psychological expert in both civil and criminal trials despite the fact that Dr. Connor was not licensed to practice psychology in the state of Indiana. Dr. Connor has a long documented history of communicating with judges outside the presence of the parties in legal actions. Following my divorce hearings, I was investigated by the Dearborn County Special Crimes Unit, which is controlled by Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard for my internet writings that were critical of Dr. Connor and Judge Humphrey. That investigation has been going on for a year. Judge James D. Humphrey and Prosecutor Aaron Negangard abuse their powers to protect Dr. Connor and continue to use Dr. Connor, even in murder cases. In 2010, Dr. Ed Connor was appointed to evaluate Andrew Conley, a 17 year old that claimed the TV show "Dexter" inspired him to kill his 10 year old brother Conner. Dr. Connor testified in Judge Humphrey's court that he had extreme difficulties with communicating with me because I had "severe" ADHD yet Judge Humphrey felt Dr. Connor was qualified to evaluate "the Dexter Killer." The Dearborn County Sheriff's Department is assisting in covering up Dr. Connor's illegal conduct. If anyone talks to Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard or Dearborn County Sheriff David Lusby, tell them to sue me or arrest me. They won't, because they know that I haven't broken any laws. Personally, I take offense to this video. Regardless if you're in a public place or not, it is a government facility and for that, Security takes extra caution. We've all seen it on the news: Courthouse Shootings and School Board Shootings. You can never be too sure when your life is on the line everyday. I commend theses officers for doing there job. They didn't touch you, they didn't yell vulgar statements at you. Hey, isn't it illegal to video tape someone w/o their knowledge?

@slynnjames33 Last time I checked, it was a little unethical for police officers to lie. They said I had to leave when I really didn't. I didn't break any laws; I didn't use profanity; I didn't raise my voice. I sent a copy of the video to Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard so he can sue me or arrest me if he has a problem. They have a problem with me. They don't like the fact that I publicized their bullying. What was the job of the officers? Do you know?

@olstar18 The camera was shaking because I was holding my Blackberry with the same hand I was holding my bag with. What happened before that? Obviously nothing that made that cop follow through with his statement that I had to leave the Courthouse; thus making him a liar. It wasn't my fault that he tried to abuse his power. It was just too bad for him that I had the insight to have the video rolling on my Blackberry in that corrupt county, and for that you should thank me.

This is a clear cut example of an officer abusing his authority. "It's part of my job to (insert justification for behavior here)". Take this video and make a court case out of it. Don't spend a dime on a lawyer. Even if you lose you will have sent a message and the fat lout will think twice next time. You may be saving someone else from being harrassed.

So..the Major is saying that he only was told that there was a few weed plants. Officer Evans said that it was a bag of weed. So...who has all the weed and what are they doing with it? I asked the Major today why it wasn't in the evidence room because obviously if it was then the defendants couldn't be charged with under 30 grams and he said well then where did it go then and I said well obviously one of your officers must have put it in their own car!
