Amazing Class A EVP's captured at the Haunted Wolfe Manor aka Clovis Sanitarium located in Clovis, CA by Dan Mewhinney and his wife, founders of SOCALPRS and DangersoftheParanormal.com. This video was part of a presentation given live at Le Festival d'Espirits in Shreveport, Louisiana on Sat, Feb 28, 2009. There will be photos and silence in parts of the video. This is when the evps and locations were being described to the audience. Each clip will play and the evp will loop. Below is the description of each EVP. EVP 1. "Get Out" female voice evp captured upstairs.
Immediately after this evp was recorded, Sandi can be heard saying, "Oh, I need to ground. Everybody, can you guys kinda give me a little space please?
Sandi was surrounded by this spirits energy at the moment this evp was recorded. In order to prevent a spiritual attachment or physical reactions to this energy (such as instant migraines), she wanted to leave the Wolfe Manor and, once safely outside, ground out any energy or residual muck left by this spirit. Despite this attack, She was respectful in asking for the spirits in the room to give her some space. We believe in treating all spirits with respect. Sandi went outside, grounded out the negative energy she had felt and returned about 15 minutes later & continued to investigate.
EVP 2. Audibles followed by a"SHHHH" evp, "GET OUT!" evp, & a "STOP!" evp.
A digital camera was knocked out of Dans hands during this recording.
A better explanation of what you will hear is below.
We heard audibles in the basement followed by a "SHHHH" evp. Sandi asked me "know what I did with the camera? As I handed the camera to her you hear the sound of it getting knocked out of my hand by unseen hands and hitting the floor as another "GET OUT!" evp is heard. Another evp in a different voice follows saying "STOP!" I walked over to the camera & picked it up off of the floor where it landed. The sound of me turning the camera back on to see if it still worked is followed by Sandi asking me the question "what happened to it?". At the time of this recording all of our batteries were going dead, including the ones in the voice recorder. Sandi's voice sounds funny. because the recorder was recording at a slower speed, hence sounding speeded up upon playback. All of our recording equipment seemed to malfunction or have the batteries go dead in the basement during this time.
EVP 3. "Get off of me big man" evp is heard after Sandi asks "who's hiding in this corner?"
Dan was addressing a male spirit in the room explaining the recording equipment. You hear him say "Sir, this is....". Sandi interrupts and asks "Who's hiding in this corner?" The evp that follows sounds like a male voice saying "Get off of me big man".
EVP 4. EVp recorded in the basement saying "OK, the Games at 8".
This evp was recorded as a specific reply to Dans conversation and questioning of the entity known as 'IT' in the basement area. This is proof of an intelligent entity. Music can be heard in the background as this evp was recorded. This is one of the best EVP's we have ever recorded.
Dan and Sandi were asked to try and determine what was in the basement. A large group was going to investigate later that evening and the topic of attachments from the Wolfe Manor came up. We offered to try and provide spiritual protection for the group of investigators showing up later that evening.We had the Wolfe Manor to ourselves for about four hours, walking the property line and investigating the Manor one room at a time. In the basement, Dan felt the presence of the entity we will call "It." Dan asked permission to record his conversation with "It" in order to better hear the responses to his questions. Dan had a long conversation with "It", asking that no one investigating the Manor that evening be hurt or get any type of attachment.
This recording starts with Dan saying "Consider this, if Scott (Gruenwald) & the others hadn't taken over this place, this place would not be here anymore. So be grateful for them. Even though you feel like a freakshow, it's allowing you to be here in the daytime relatively un-accosted.
The reply was amazing for several reasons. Music can be heard as if another dimension or alternate reality opened up in another time. In the midst of the music "It" says 5 words.- "OK, the games at 8".
1. This is obviously an intelligent entity.
2. "OK". This means the entity agreed to accept Dans request of not harming or let other spirits harm the large number of investigators who were showing up later that night.
3. "The games at 8". Guess what time the huge group investigation was going to start that evening? Yup! 8 oclock was the start time.
4. "The Games". This entity considered what the large number of ghost hunters and paranormal investigators do on an investigations a big dumb game to him. I don't blame him.
