Good looking restoration!
H.V. McKay (Sunshine Harvester) used the
"SUN-" prefix on a lot of their products including this "Sundial" engine.

The large box with the black top visible between the flywheels is the magneto. It's driven by a gear from the crankshaft and the wire you can see coming out of it is connected to the spark plug. The points are inside the magneto. That's all there is to it!
